You can easily request field service support by submitting our Service Request Form, ensuringprompt and efficient assistance when you need it most.

Our Services Available

Our goal is to keep your production running. Therefore, we offer a wide range of support services to minimize production downtime caused by a Hanuja Technologies system :

Printer Maintenance Training
On-site or factory hands-on training of maintenance personnel on the proper troubleshooting and preventative maintenance techniques.
Extended System Warranties
All Hanuja Technologies systems are shipped with a one-year parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties are also available.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service Agreements
Hanuja Technologies offers Annual, BI-Annual and Quarterly PM maintenance agreements to ensure your systems are operating at factory specifications.
On-Call Service Agreement
This is an add-on for customers with active PM service agreements. A Hanuja Technologies service technician will service your system as required.
Loaner Equipment
In some cases, Hanuja Technologies can offer loaner equipment in the event your equipment must be returned for servicing. Includes bar code readers, vision systems, ink jet printers and thermal transfer label printers.
